@hahaitzhaha The truth is I recorded this song as part of a network special that aired in November 1993. This would have been impossible to record in 1979 since Jade was over 10 years away from recording their first album.

This was the rally song for the 1979 World Series Champion Pittsburgh Pirates --- I remember hearing it on the radio every friggin' day that summer and fall.

This concert may have been in 1993 but the song was originally recorded in 1978 & released in 1979. The other sister, Kathy, left the group to go solo not long before they did the remix. That means that some of your parents were pretty young when it first came out also! It is a timeless song.

I agree with SHILOHDREAM 100%. It's gotta have Kathy singing lead, it's just got to. Kathy has this certain "thing", can't explain it, but it gives the song it's "special spice", that ONLY Kathy can give.

Not saying that this isn't good, but Kathy just has that certain spice, that take it to a whole different level.

Yes, that's kim singing live with Debbie and Jonie. The other sister (youngest) Kathy I believe  wasn;t performing with them at the time with this aired. Sometimes I wonder why Kathy don't perform with them.
