That was a huge impact. I was there and saw him turn in the 219 an thought "wow he's hanging it out" as soon as I thought that I saw on the big screen the car almost turn over.

Fue un gran esfuerzo y una gran actuación en su primer vuelta...El equipo llegó desde cero y muy valientemente tomó el riesgo y ni modo, no pudimos estar en Indy. Espero poder verlo el próximo año!

I think what happend since they put out all the wing to be able to run laps in the 219 range the handling of the car and the condition of the track of the track had changed so that Mario was suprised that the backend came around on the exit of turn 1. He took a pretty bad hit and it's not like the guys from ims radio sayd that he hit the safer barrier. He hit the concret wall in the short chute. Glad that he is okay

Gusty wind condtions probably had some influence on the car in this last lap.

no manches mario te dije ke era muy dificil correr en el indianapolis motor speedway, y tambien te dije ke te faltaba experiencia en ovalos, porke no te toco la epoca de champ en ovalos, pero bueno sera para las siguientes carreras, ademas tienes spoonsor para mas fechas saludos wey

Pero hay que recordar Lausitz 2003, donde él debió ganar o su debut en Indy Lights en Homestead 1999, aunque eso sí, como Indy no hay otra. ;)
