The program will render an MP4 file, just go to program files > pspvideo9 and the rendered video is in there somewhere

@Akersar Im not sure that's possible. When you rip a DVD you are taking the video files on the DVD and copying them to your computer. The menu is just a way of accessing the video files on your TV.

If you want to play a DVD with menus then just use Windows Media Player, or whatever DVD software/players you have.

Its not precise, but PSPVideo9 creates an .Mp4 that iPods/iTunes can read.
