  • Hey what's the difference between strength and power?

  • @Primape92 Strength is slow and controlled..think deadlift, squat, etc. Power is explosive. Think Clean, Snatch, etc. At least that's the way I describe it. You need a mixture of both in your training for optimal results. Hope that helps!
