@Primape92 Strength is slow and controlled..think deadlift, squat, etc. Power is explosive. Think Clean, Snatch, etc. At least that's the way I describe it. You need a mixture of both in your training for optimal results. Hope that helps!
Holy sh t on the pistols. I've always had upper bodyweights sizes down and no 100 of them, but I rarely see people showing new lower weights stuff. Thanks.

so I tried the hand walks outs...harder than it looks! These are fun exercises...I can totally do pistols and kip ups now=)
