1)How to get that much oxygen
2)Where would the gasses the oxygen replaced go?
3)Getting the technology to do that
4)Getting the funds for such an ENORMOUS project
The lack of visible surface water also creates hughe problems in terms of creating a self-sustaining eco-system. (Naturally) Without water there us no life.
Mars has an atmoshpere, the only issue is what it is made of. For example if the earth's atmosphere were made of a more dense gas an aerofoil would have to be specially constructed and manipulated to deal with the new atmosphere. The physics of flight are quite simple really, in terms of high and low pressure areas, the only true variables are aerofoil shape/size and the qualities of the atmosphere.
ah...but Mars does have air. It's not the same as Earth, but definitely flyable. If you have enough wing area, and a good airfoil, you can make it work. The craft is also totally rocket powered, the landings are controlled glides. The hard part will be building landing strips on Mars, but, the craft is more fuel efficient than hovering craft.

there is a thing at the top of the screen that says location and u can select earth or marz but it only shows up if u put ur mouse cursor there
