nope not UP actually in the thumb, south east michigan. The bridge to SARNIA, ONTARIO is probably 10 - 15 miles (approx) from there. About 60 miles north east of DETROIT. What about that video makes you think it is in the UP? Just out of curiosity.

Yea seriously! It was so ones fault it was a freak accident. Thank god there wasnt more serious injuries or death. Thanks to all the firefighters and police that were there all day battling it.
