Sadly enough, it's made using Game Maker... Oh well, you (mostly) can't become a programmer in one day... Maybe i could learn to make something in c++ later on... At least it's not some animation using Flash.

It takes months to learn c++...im just saying, this is rather easy for a game maker project. for the pillars the basic format for the code would be "if x = other.x{vspeed = -8} or something similar. Still, its a good job and a good start.

What he uses shouldn't be that important, it's the talent of actually being able to make games that's important. If he used c++, fine. If he used game maker, fine. Both are really good game-making tools. But what you use shouldn't matter. It's actually better if you use game maker because, in my opinion, you have less stuff to work with, and more of a chance to amaze people. Just me, though.
