That would've be a good point, but the conspiracy is against Loris Capirossi, or you don't know that Ducati Marlboro don't want him anymore, that's why Loris do not get a proper bike to win. the owner and management decided for a much younger rider (James Toseland) Loris Capirossi's future in MotoGP is unclear.
