I went to Lake George every autumn growing up. I loved Prospect mountain, Canada street, the Minnie Ha Ha, Fort William Henry and the beauty of the foliage. What I'd pay for a time machine.
I was there last august for a couple of days on my east coast tour and absolutely loved it! Such a calm atmosphere and some of the houses on the lake were astonishing!

@hearts76100 I believe that everyone should get to travel around America and see it's many wondrous places, if everyone got to see some of these places, there would be a lot more pride in our nation, and a lot more respect from people of other countries. That being said, my family used to camp up here every summer for years, sadly do to hard times we can no longer make the trip annually, but It will always hold a place in my heart and it's a place I call home and I plan to eventually live here
i love lake george SOO much we go every memorial day weekend it's so much fun. i live about 2 1/2 to 3 hours away and we always go. it is just so nice cuz you have the upbeat canada street with all the cute little shops and stuff and than the lake is right there and its all peaceful and i just love lake george. it's very clean and safe. perfect for couples with young kids or even parents with older teenagers (i'm 14 my brother's 12). i would go every weekend if i could. nice vid btw good shots:)
