THat's not true at all. Yes Jews flooded from near death situations, mostly from Russia, to seek safe refuge in land bought by the JNF from the SUltan. Arabs did not like the fact that Jews were LEGALLY settling next door as farmers, AS FARMERS (what else was there to do), and consantly attacked them.
