I would have liked you to have given this dog a bigger start line i.e. a longer run to the first jump. I would like to see you improve his contacts also. Perhaps 2 on 2 off or running contacts? Beautiful dog and I am a fan of yous! Wonderful to see an Irish Setter infact a QUICK Irish Setter in Agility!
Yes, tried the longer start lines previously but consistently took down the first pole. Therefore it was suggested setting her back 1 1/2 strides from start, which worked okish. Discovered standing her at the start seems to have good effect. Have been doing lots to speed up her dog walk and tighter turns. Young Barkley has just got his act together so I am really pleased with his progress. Hopefully more videos in a couple of weeks.
