I have had couple of large facial cystes, some even twice this size after my girlfriend's guinea pig had developed one. She found someone else and left never to return and so did the cystes. A happy ending. :-)

I'd give it a week to see if comes to the surface like a pimple and then pop it. But then again I'm no dermatologist. In fact I always do the opposite of what you're supposed to do. I've popped painful bumps in my cheek, armpit, and even a real gnarly one in my ear lobe.
