  • i was at this show too....we were basically held captive on this fucking bridge for like 7 hours...no booze allowed either...then the bus driver almost wrecked on the ride back!

  • Saw them in 97 in Richmond Va...@ the abandoned Grace Street Theater. I will NEVER FORGET IT. Truly amazing show.

  • Greetings! I was the videographer for this show. I lost the original footage, in all things, an apartment fire in Kansas City in 1999.

There are a couple things missing, like the chariot of fire, but overall I am very proud to see this footage living on! It really was a great time.

  • @spewhunt is there anybody else like crash? worth checking out?

  • thank you for posting this...

such an amazing show!!! i was there!!! ...the one dancing around the fire and playing with the fire at the beginning and end

  • I saw C.W. maybe 8 times and as nice as it is for footage like this to be around- well, I'm of two minds... What I mean to say is that this IS NOT Crash Worship. It is ONLY a REPRESENTATION of what they were- that energy, that power of group-think, that release of baser emotion... Here I see a shell of even my memory of what they were in life, like their records (on that level). Videocan bring me back, it almost kills any attempt to tell others who never saw them of their true ART ie emotion

  • i've been waiting for more than a decade to see this. thanks. remember this show did not start until like 3:00am. people waited for 4 or 5 hours. i sure do spend a lot if time waiting. but this like the show was worth the weight. i wish there were some clear close ups of the instigators, they are still icons in my mind.

  • one of my favorite shows of all time.

many shirts, many skirts, and many pants got burned that night. goodtimes!

  • My god...

Thank you for posting this. I was at this show, in this footage. Wearing the black & white tights. I can't believe I found this. I vaguely remember a camera there but never saw the footage.

  • Thanks for posting! I was at that show, helped raise the flaming tree thing. They bussed us out to the site. Despite the blurred images and such, I think it gives a good impression of what it was like, kinda. You know what I mean. Anyway awesome, can I get the whole tape?
