  • i have to agree, why dose it mean you are showing off? i film for a free running group where most of the members are either in gymnastics or in a circus gym and we all do different trick to show people that anyone can do anything they really want to do with practice. just because your doing something like that dosent mean your showing off. your just showing that if you can do it they can too

  • @Woohoodude989 Correct, its not showing off... hes does this in his spare time and practices daily to acheive it. only people who are weak willed and could not show the same discipline would consider this showing off.

    My knees always used to bend when doing straddle press.

    focusing on bringing your shins towards your face/torso is ideal as it should help with the compression.

    Don't lift your feet too quickly in the press.

    Specifically for legs being straight, spend some time focusing on it. If you are at the point where you don't have to remind yourself of the steps of the press while doing them, you should focus on straightening your legs. Perhaps do some negatives with your legs straight.
