I guess the value of a particular figure, restored or all original depends on the one acquiring a figure :) To a collector, an all original is most probably most valuable, but for a performer, maybe a restored figure would have more value if the original condition might not be appealing anymore to a particualr audience.

I agree that a restored figure is not worth as much as an all original...I don't think anyone can prove that otherwise.
However, it will still depend on other facts like for example...an all original Juro can't be worth more than a restored Marshall :) :) :)
