I find it funny that people say that most SMS games are bad, when that's kind of the case for the NES too.
I can think of several horrid games for NES, Action 52, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, Ghostbusters, Raid 2020, Sunday Funday. I could go on forever here. I mean hasn't the Angry Video Game nerd shown us just that?
@StephenP18 Yes, it is very unfortunate that SMS list does have very many not very memorable games.
Fortunately it does have it's own list of good games though. Such as Wonderboy 3 and 5, Danan, Ultima 4 and Master of Darkness for an example. Oh... OH!! Phantasy star also!
Those are the few I can name, I suppose there are some other hidden gems I am not yet aware of.
@Bastiest Dude, I actually own a Sega Master System (actual console not emulator) and I can give you several good SMS games. Bubble Bobble, Rainbow Islands, Sonic the Hedgehog, some of the games in the alex Kidd series, Mick and Mack Global Gladiatiors, I can think of plenty of others. All consoles do exist good games, even piece of shit consoles like the CD-I and Virtual Boy.
despite the horrible animation and sound fx and the unbearable bgm (i mean come on, the SMS can do way better than that), this seems to be a decent game

Kind of odd for a game to give you a choice, only to tell you that you are not prepared for such a journey. Kinda has that Rambo for the NES feel to it when you think about it.

Gotta say, this is one of the rare good games that Master System has.
