  • Well the product has certainly had a huge effect on trailfb12. It seems to have removed any brain cells he did have, to the extent that he can't spell three-letter words. His sentences are worse than that of a five year-old, and he's as thick as two short planks, and the video is garbage.

    As such, I would avoid this product. After all, what's "no-explode" supposed to do? I rarely see people explode. Perhaps we are supposed to take this stuff in case we feel as though we are about to explode.

  • All these supplements are a joke. Just read the disclaimer that the FDA forces them to add which basically states that it doesn't do anything. Well, it may kill you but they'll determine that later when and if people die.

  • I have been taking N.O. powders since they first came out several years ago,I am 52 and I get a big spike of energy from one glass before my workouts. maybe its the caffiene they contain,if so,it works to a good degree.(not like as advertised)maybe thats what sets it apart from the other junk supplements. I would rather drink one small glass than a whole pot of coffee for the same effect. at my age I would not want anything stronger.

From what i know, nobody in Iran takes any advanced supplements,i mean the overhyped ones and we still have many good bodybuilders (second most popular "hobby" or sport after soccer). Supps have very little popularity, cuz people can sense its a waste of money.Follow the golden rule (eat alot & train heavy) and you'll achieve substantial results over time.Only supplement that actually work are whey protein/amino acids, but if ur a big eater then U dont need them either.

  • Here's a quick continuation..just to give give an idea how expensive protein powders really are. A 500gr yoghurt cup costs 0.87 USD. You get 25gr of protein per cup.

    A whey protein jug..one serving give 20-25gr of protein..but you pay 1.68-2 USD for each serving and you could pay up to 4.6-5 USD per serving if its a "gainer powder". Eggs, Milk, Fish, Ground beef, Chicken. All cheaper than protein powders & they contain more proteins.

    Whole food tastes good n less additives.

  • Well, if you care to look at the food label/nutrition facts, it says that you get 5gr of protein per 100gr yoghurt. I often include low-fat yoghurt in my meals, i eat 3/4 of a 500gr yoghurt cup - i get roughly 18-20gr of protein just from the yoghurt.

    Also take into consideration that many protein powders have less than 100% bio availability, this is the rate at which your body is capable of difgesting & utilizing the protein molecules.

  • On the other hand, every single microgram of protein that you get from food will be taken care of a 100%!

    The powders have somewhere between 70-90% in bio availability, if the label says 20gr of protein per serving, in reality you only get 14-18gr of protein. The other proteins "died" in the different processes while it was being produced. It has even been shown that some supplement companies claim for example 70%, but the testing showed that the powder only had 40-50% in BV !!!

  • dont buy this shit, all these supplements are just about advertising then selling their scams, yes they work, like n.o. xplode will make you a little bit stronger while your on it but once you dont have anymore your back where you started, your best bet is too eat 4-6 high protein clean carb meals and 3-5 days of weights and the main thing is consistency, how do you train? well do the basics, heavy weight low reps for mass, lighter weight high reps to stay in shape, stick with squats n deadlifts
