The sound is bad.The Bow- technique is good, vibrato is standard,The Triollen very bad...Wenn I think that this woman Tchaikovsky Competition had won( Price Nr.1, 1970), then judge this video with a standard and not something special. I am very disappointed. Please compare the Tchaikovsky Rokko with Gustav Rivinius on you-tube and you will hear a MUSIk and see the Technik...

I must agree with Stringendo99. Karine Georgian is one of the finest artists of her generation. She is also one of my personal favorite cellists. I doubt very much that you have a reputation that would so much as scratch Karine's and I also doubt that your playing would be half as good as her's if you are unable to hear the sheer musicality in this performance. I would advise you to change your opinion so that your ignorance won't be on display for all of the world to see.
