Wow, this reminds me of being a kid in the late 70s/early 80s. After dinner, we'd watch Wild Kingdom and the Wonderful World of Disney. We only had one tv in our house. In a weird way, watching the same programs brought us a little closer. Now everyone is plugged into their own electronic source of entertainment. Not really complaining because I'm guilty of doing that with my kids, just making a note.
I thought " seriously.......not Marlin Perkins...my father worshipped the ground he walked on. Then I realized.... my father was a party man....you know....you must follow "the party"...join "the collective" ..."be 1 with Landru"....what are the chances being from Louisiana...I'd get a Senator of a similar monacher. Geez...a reformed Dixiecrat of Reaganistic thought and I still can't get a break.
"She then taught the chimps how to play the stock market, introduced them to real estate developing and 401k's. The chimps are well on their way to becoming independent, greedy moguls who will forever change the jungle landscape with condo's and golf courses here... in the Wild Kingdom."
@adidassoccercleats Thank you for your comment. I can't help riffing shows. Check out Sea Hunt Sea Sled. If it makes you have a good laugh then I'm pleased.
Jim Fowler needs to be there to help capture/control/wrestle/combat the chimps! ~Just joking.
I miss Marlin as I remember watching him in the 1970s on TV when I was a small boy. Jim Fowler is still alive. They did, with the help of others, do a lot of good for God's Creation:)
