I don't think Aeris was in a happy location. The original spotted her as the light within a dark world. It was special and fitted the scene. But yeah, if the scene was mostly controlled and open, this would fit FF8.

I like it. It is very waltzy. It is similar to Waltz for the Moon, but not quite the same. I really like what they did with it.

And as for Aerith. I was upset when she died, because of the story, and also because I had just gotten her level 4 limit break before she took off, and I never got to use it.

Too many people focus on the sadness and heartache, this is the first time I've seen anybody kind of artistically point out that she was a very bright spot in the game before her downfall. Yet it still maintains a slight element of importance and weight. I think it's great! Like something Nobuo would actually do!
