will be soo much more efficient if you can fully extend each stride but still keep it quick..plyo and squats, step ups will help you out loads

Very nice start, but it okay to have your hands open while starting out the blocks?
My coach told me its best to have them always sightly, closed.

that looked quick, the only thing i have to tell you is try not to rate so much from the start as it builds up lactic acid and uses more creatine, that's why most GOOD coaches tell you to open up your stride from the start.
