Bono shows a lot of courage to stay put in his chair (it obviously takes a lot of effort :-) ) and just start singing right in the middle of the interview, without “warming up” his voice first. It’s amazing that he can hit those notes without having to stand up. Is there any other singer who is willing to take such risks in a live show? I was also very amazed by his performance of Miss Sarajevo during the 360 Tour. Both times I held my breath, but he hit those high notes so well! Incredible.
