When I change the boot priority with removable first hard disk 2nd and cd-rom 3rd it doesn't want to boot off of the USB.
Should I disable the hard drive boot?

no...you should choose your bios option that set " boot from USB " as first boot priority.

nice vid now i only need a 4gig usp flashdrive
will it work to just right klikk the flash drive in the exporer and select format and fat32 there?
