Geat but his band fell out of time. Must have really pissed Billy off as he's a consumate musician. And you really notice no Liberty locomotive back there too but its still pretty good. Long LIVE BJ!
@333shouichi thank you very much for uploading.. this is the first song I taught myself on piano 6 years ago xD no 'twinkle twinle' for me,I wanted this tune soo bad xD
it's a harmonic work of art & brings back such happy memories of the 70's for me.thank you again.
@makkari1 It could be in a lower key. Unlike other singers, Billy changed the keys of some of his songs so that, as he aged and his voice changed, he could still sing his best songs. I've noticed that his song "My Life" has gone from D to D flat, just for an example.
@MrDrumStikz Seems to be a tone down in Ab rather than Bb, I think, which rather bears out your thoughts. When I saw him at Wembley Arena in about 1990, though, he had a singer sing the top notes of An Innocent Man for him - saying "they (songs) just don't sound right in lower keys!" Guess he changed his mind. :o)
@makkari1 Guess so, but it's also quite obvious. In that time it was only a note or two. By now he'd have to hire a singer to sing complete songs if he didn't transpose them.
One of my favorites he never played it live. Thank you!

Seems in a much lower key than I remember of the original - but it being such a long time ago, I could be wrong...

0:43 Looks like he muffed it up a bit, or something went wrong, but he recovered.
