@BrookeMunro Im not saying that it makes them better in any way, Preps annoy the shit out of me. But at least they look the same. Scene is just an offspring of Emo and Emo is an offspring of Goth. Scene is more of the Hybrid because it is mixed with the Preps that liked the style of Emos but did not adopt the State of Mind that they possessed, but rather their style. Emo is a state of mind that turned into fashion, then people started dressing like Emos but not act like them. Those are Scene.

@BrookeMunro Furthermore, Scene kids are now taking a liking to the Rave scene.....Which pisses a lot of people off because Scene kids are trying to take the style of Ravers by wearing what we call "Kandi" and calling it "Friendship Necklaces". The Scene kids that want to fit into the Rave Scene mostly listen to dubstep and are too lazy to even consider the fast that they should respect this unique culture that was spawned even before their parents were born, and learn the history of it.
