  • i love this vid great mesg and vision lets work!!! check out my page bro

  • How do you get this big focusrange? I only manage to get bokeh-recording with my 50mm 1.8... Do i need to higher the aperture or do i need to lower the shutter speed? Any tips?

  • How did you get this incredible vid quality please help if you can cus my vid quality isnt like that and when i am shooting in the dark places my vid get noisy.I just buy this camera and i dont know any thing about her :(

  • This is amazing! All the color correction and effects are just perfect! Where did you shoot it? The area fits the scene perfectly. Thanks!

  • @williamyin08 well the setting tells the story lol its all visual. the abandoned church represents his shame. he wants to be completely alone with God but with no one else around. what better place to go then an abandoned church. to be specific this was shot in gary indiana. a lot of films are shot there.

  • I loved the shots and edits, hooked by the storyline man. Great job, love to watch aspiring filmakers hone in on their craft!!

  • that was amazing!!!

  • where was this? i had a photography project and i went to an old church and it looked EXACTUALLY like this one but i dont think its the same the one i went to was in Gary Indiana

  • this is amazing, what kind of lens do you use?

  • @hiddenlab canon 50mm f1.8 tamron 17mm-50mm f2.8 :)

  • Beautiful. Good job!

  • what camera?

  • @isaidwombo I believe it's the Canon Rebel T3i or Canon EOS 600D (same camera, two names)

  • realy nice.

  • Whats the songs name at the end?

  • This is a great video! How did it take you to complete it and what programs did you use to edit it?

  • @OfficialCypherSon thanks. we filmed this in one day and then edited it in one day. so two days. i used pinnacle

  • Excellent location... holy cow! What editor did you use? Great job--I've been looking into getting into film making, but actual projects (not the stuff on my channel) never seem to go anywhere.

    Great job!

  • Also, great job! Love the Christian theme (if that's what you guys were actually going for! I also have a Canon t3i, great camera! In some ways, it's better than the 7D (mainly because of the flip screen and the much more extremely affordable price). I dont know what you use for sound, but I use the Zoom H1 hand held recorder and I put it on top of my camera with an accessory mount. I know it's not an amazing idea (because of the lack of a shock absorber but i don't have a person for boom).

  • 0:43 Osiris shoes FTW!!

  • I wanna know why she was on a bike, and not in the kitchen.

  • why does my videos have the 2 black bars above and below the video?

  • What did u use to get that look....was it threw the camera, after effects, final cut or what?

  • Great Film...love the music too really sets the mood, keep up the great work the church shots were amazing:)

  • Great vid! What editing software did you use?

  • Very pro looking! Nice job, man! Hey, how do you avoid the whole "focus hunt" thing. I just got this camera and I'm loving it, but, when I move around after a subject I find myself in focus-hunt hell. Are you using a follow-focus, or just staging the shots to avoid having to manually re-focus every time someone moves?

  • @from07till Great video! Where did you film this at? Wheres that church?

  • I really enjoyed this! I love filmmakers on youtube that make films that actually have feeling in them.

  • this is really good.

  • @GargoyleDubstep thank you.

  • that is about this sickest setting i've seen

  • @iamaredpanda thanks.

  • what type of lens did you use on the t3i rebel to shoot this?

  • @ndnballa981 tamron 17-50 f2.8 and canon 50 f1.8. thanks for watching

  • if it went super natural here's how I would have done it:

satan tries to collect the man for his sins but an angel absolves him for his prayers and allows him peace of mind.

an optional twist: the angel says "that doesn't mean you're coming with me when you die"

thus meaning that he may be absolved in his mind so that he'll no longer have grief for his actions but that doesn't absolve him in judgement for his afterlife.

    just an idea.

about the video: short, sweet, sentimental... great.

  • @hobocamptheater thanks for sharing your thoughts! great ideas. There is a ton of symbolism in the film. the abandoned church represents his shame. instead of going to an actual church he chose to go to an abandoned one so it would be just him and God. The light can be interpreted as a few things. It was a vision letting him know that the girl was ok. He was so moved by it he turned himself in.

  • I like the film!!! Short but nice, REAL NICE! Good job man! Witch lens did you used, and settings? I just can't achieve this high video quality look on my tests... But, you just make it work! Keep going!

  • @cotafalado I dont recall the setting at the moment i just modified them to achieve the best low light performance for each situation. I still could have done better as some of the scenes arent focused correctly. the lens were the tamron 17-50 f2.8 and the canon 50 f1.8. thank you for watching!

  • YEAH!!!!!!!

  • @patman12341000 someone liked this short film lol

  • nice im never going to drink and drive again.
