One place that I want to submit head shots to says no makeup, and they want your hair away from your face.

In agency speak, does no makeup really mean no makeup, or can you wear a little bit of concealer and brown mascara?

Also, when they ask for a full body, does it have to be a bikini?

Wrong! best way to see if you can model is, walk into a well known agency and they will give you a yes or no within 10 minutes. SIMPLE!
