I disagree. In the area of foreign policy Obama has gone around the world on his apology tour to countries where we have sacrificed the lives of our troops to benefit muslims. Kuwait, Somalia, Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan (not counting Iraq the second time) were all places were we fought and died to save muslims. And Obama went around and apologized for it. I disagree. In the area of foreign policy Obama has gone around the world on his apology tour to countries where we have sacrificed the lives of our troops to benefit muslims. Kuwait, Somalia, Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan (not counting Iraq the second time) were all places were we fought and died to save muslims. And Obama went around and apologized for it. Doing a good job? I hardly think so. Then he goes and chums it up with Ortega and Chavez in front of the world. He is HORRIBLE so far.

Bush left the White House happily because he passed the buck to Obama. But everything since day 1 Obama has done is one step in helping our economy, our people, and our national security. Republicans have no platform & are trying to use everything our President does against him. All they want is division so that they can get back into office and finish us off with their ideology & corruption. It is up to the Iranian people to fight for their democracy. We're in 2 wars now & need to remain supportive to the people but in a way which does not involve us. Anything Obama says will be used against us. The supreme leader was blaming us for the violence as Obama remained silent!

FYI It was ACORN who reported their own temporary workers as completing info incorrectly. No harm done as a dead person can't show up to vote can they? Also attorneys were posted @ every election booth to ensure people's votes counted this time and not fixed like the last 2 times! So far Obama is doing exactly what needs to be done since he was handed a colossal mess left by Republicans. How dare YOU attempt to educate me when ignorant of the facts.

Obama is right - the only people who want him to "meddle" are the Republicans because they want him to fail at all cost- even at the expense of the USA. the iranian goverment said that the western powers started everything! including not only a protest but an attack on the elections beforehand! Accusing Britain, US and every other nation who criticized the crackdown of freedom of expression.
The people who started the Protest are the Iranians who were fed up with the governmental regime there, and it will do no good for the US to get their hands dirty considering the last 8 years of interference.

It will give the government a cause to rally support against an american supported revolt. many Iran's see USA as an enemy even if hte protest shows support towards usa or not. sasann If Obama did what you and his detractors want, which is to publicly stand by a coup d'etat, it will send false hopes to the Iranian protesters, that we will militarily help them overthrow the top brass of Iran. The reason the Shiites in Iraq hated us because we gave them hope to rise up to Saddam in '91. We didn't follow through. Many Shiites were massacred. Obama will not repeat our bad mistakes.
