your pushing too hard. the trick is to close your mouth in on the mic a tiny litle bit more to get yourself a litle bit clearer and to do your high less forcefully. when you try to get high sometimes if you strain too muhc it ends up going into your throat. its just the technique you have, which is the one i share, so try to balance it out.
