A place need not have been inhabited to be "haunted" or experiencing haunting phenomena. Spirits are all around us and maybe they just decided this place was for them. The voices could be from people who built the place, people who lived in the area or on the site, anything really. Read up on the Stone Tape Theory and you will begin to see what I mean.

went there last night 3/13/09 with my brother and friend .We ran some evp sessions and took a shitload of pics for about an hour then left.Checkin out the investigation this morning ,we asked if someone wanted 2 talk and immediately got a whistle with something saying "who's that" . I took a pic of an orb(?)up by the great room upstairs window,would'nt of cared but my bro took random pics 2,and he caught the same thing in the exact spot from a whole different angle and different time.Good video

I really enjoy your videos, but come on, Don't you guys have google ? Squires castle was never occupied. Sarah Squire died in Willoughby Ohio in 1929. The only spirits in the place are from the teenage drinking parties before the Rangers became more diligent in the 1980's. the scariest thing in Willoughby Hills are the traffic cops. Talk about a speed trap.

Well, I do believe in spirits and paranormal things. But I have to say, those "voices" on the tapes (you call it EVP, I think), are really of such a bad quality, that it could be anything (spoken words or just noise). Isn't this just up for interpretation by the listener? I mean, it's like staring at clouds. If you look long enough, you will detect animal shapes or any other shapes of objects in cloud formations. Still like to watch your videos though :)

Squire's castle isn't that scary. I've been there and I felt no particular malevolent presence. If you want somewhere much scarier, with a more twisted story, might I suggest Franklin Castle?

i think the EVP is amasing i have captured a picture of a ghoat in my mothers bedroom...she's a clairvoyant...that really put the shits up me..i guess no1 will believe until they experience it for themselves...but seriously...there are spirits and guardian angels..if you stare into the air untill ya get bored you can see outlines of figures of people standing.. but yeah EVP is a brill idea..apparations are hardly succesful..audio is more precise

Pity you didn't get longer to investigate,still fascinating again though. On the subject of orbs, yes some can be dust/dirt/moisture,but i have pictures that cannot be disputed seeing as they have faces in the orbs and it always seems to be codusive with where we investigate and whether i sense anything or not. I have been seen a series of coloured orbs on one occassion and i felt very lucky to have done so!! Great stuff,keep them coming and take care.

I kind of agree with seestickglue. Collected energy and ghosts are different things. Ghosts to me are still questionable but collected energy is just something that is kept from an event that contained extreme emotion. Which is usually in the form of noises instead of actual visuals. Orbs still confuse me though.

Man I don't have any faith in orbs. 99 percent of the time they are just dust, and that other 1 percent of the time they are just collected energy, not a ghost. Orbs in still pictures don't tell you shit because without being able to tell whether or not the orb has an intelligent flight path, you can't tell the the difference between energy and dust, moreover you can't draw any sort of paranormal conclusion.
