intall was a breeze. but I had the plastics off so that is sort of an unfair statement. I have installed several mufflers over the years and the only one that requires a real effort are the full systems. slip-ons are generally really easy.

The plastic was being hydro-dipped when the pipe was installed. FMF is primarly for dirt bikes, but they also make stuff for sport quads and one pipe for the utility class.

The tires are awesome. I wouldn't mind having them on my outlander. They are tuff as nails and don't wear much even though they get abused.

I have riden an 05 as well. Honestly the 05 felt stronger but it was also more broke-in. If you are not concerned with sound, get a HMF Utility. I warn you, they are loud, and you will need to re-jet the carb.
