It is called WinSCP, just download from a link somewhere. You'll need to SSH your Itouch or Ipone by downloading off cydia. Its called OpenSSH. When you launch WinSCP you will need to put a host name, username, and password. The host name will be your ip adress, the username will be called root, the password is alpine. It will take a couple of tries. there you go!

The host is the ip adress of the interenet your connected to go on settings>wifi>click the blue arrow of the internet you connected to and it will say your I.P adress

turn on your ipod, you don't have to connect it to your computer. go to settings and there to wifi. select an internet connection there. a blue arrow will show to the right of it. press this arrow and the IP address will show. that address contains four numbers (max three digits per number) with dots splitting them like "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx". copy this address to the host address in cuteftp pro or winscp. login is "root" and password is "alpine". should work... hope this helps!
