PC'er from Houston, Texas, USA here. Had it for 28 years and just found out this week what it was. Always misdiagnosed as PPK or as Diffuse Plantar Keratosis, neither of which are nearly as painful. Going to get on the registry and see if I can help. Cheers for the video.

My family suffers from PC, I will contact them and let them know of your web site. And you are right we live in South Australia and know of no others with this disorder.
