Definitely a lot of stamina - but you should probably use it wisely. By the time the theermanam of the jati comes along, your araimandi is suffering.
In all the araimandi postures where you go too deep, it appears like your rear is not in alignment with your back along with a tendendy to push the hip out of the frame of the rest of the body. It does tend to look awkward - might be something to watch for. Good luck!
