Yes, the wheel hit 1 metre below the top of the catch fence and was travelling !!

Holy shit I saw the wheel hit the fence but did not pay attention to how high on that fence it hit! WOW, it almost went right over.
DEFINATELY NOT LUCKY FOR THE DRIVER EITHER WAY.
