I like how the NVA and VC hid among the civilians. They also hid in hospitals, schools, villages, churches, and many other high populated areas. Then they wonder why there was collateral damage and call the Americans the murderers. It was a war nobody wanted, but stop whining that the US wasn't abiding by the International Law of War when the NVA and VC were not either. They chose to hide among the innocent which in turn made the civilian death toll way higher than it needed to be.
@outtamymind05 Yep, damn videos and places like this are great sources for Antiamericanism. It is what it is brother. It's ok if they break the rules, but since America is a superpower we are held to a higher standard and cannot do the same. The NVA and VC slaughtered many innocents too if they did not agree with the communist values. One sided videos like this are retarded. Wasted 3:38 of my life watching this horse shit.
@Valinor32 you are right mate, but the USA is there to only exploit my people, i rather have someone else unify the country to let some white folks use my people as Vietnamese slaves. Look at US's history bud, for what purpose was it to invade my homeland first?
@teamairbend I do agree that it is a war that never had to happen. At the time the scare of a "Domino Effect" with communism had everyone so worked up. As far as using your people as slaves, I can't speak to that as I was not there. I do believe it is a war that got out of hand in the humanitarian aspect on both sides though. War obviously isn't humane, but if left totally unchecked the collateral damage is insane.
If the victims of slave labor, rise up and demand wages for the work they perform, America cries communism and people die. DAMN WORKERS, always demanding things from the innocent BILLIONAIRES! KILL!
Everyone needs to learn that 9/11 was the American regime nuking its own largest city, and it created the China Syndrome which then poisoned thousands of responders and millions of NY residents.
thank for posting this videos, i am from a country that suffer from the united states, especially the republican party thank you for telling the truth even though this americans will never accept it.
No, no, no...you have it all wrong. America can only "liberate" and "defend" - it's other countries that "invade" and occupy". When we do it it's right, when they do it, it's an atrocity.
American history can be painful. America IS the best FREE nation on Earth...but mistakes have been made in the name of our country. We COULD have won in Vietnam. But we lost before the military got there. Read "The Ugly American" 1958(!). Documentaries like this are ESSENTIAL for finding America's real future as the most positive force of freedom on the planet. Thank you Clay Claiborne. "Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free." Hmmmm, sounds like a great idea.
