Some games I've played have had swearing, but not a lot, so the guards' talk was actually kind of musical.

The Tales of series was the first bunch of games I played where the characters swore. Out of nowhere, someone said, "The poor bastard", and I thought it was kind of funny to be honest.

I think I might try this game...not because they swear. It looks like a good game so far. Nice walkthrough too.

the city will only go on high alert when ever a: you steal a crimson guard vehicle b: activate dark jak in the city c: attack and kill a civilian and d": attack a crimson where ever in the city

No, I said that there is a technical issue with it that says there isn't enough memory even though there is. It is a common problem. Unless I can get an internet connection, I might never play it again. I need an internet connection to download the demo, which should cover the 500MB that I need to add then it will run normally, confusing, I know.

Well it's not the PS3's fault, it's just a common glitch among copies of ToD. Somehow, if you download the demo from the PSN, you can then run the game like normal. It's weird.
