Of course an ATP video isn't going to have dissenting opinions. Federer has never liked Hawkeye and after years he has not warmed up to it one bit.

Personally, I think it's okay to have Hawkeye but they need to enforce a standardized challenge process. If you want to challenge, you do it immediately within 5 seconds after the point. You don't stroll over to see the mark, look at your box, ask the umpire, etc.
