Yeah !! A green light!! I once had a scale pull me around and as I turned to back into the spot he wanted me in, Two tires on the intermodal trailer blew off the rims. Nuts....I left there after 4 equipment violations,a bad log book by my co-driver and a 8 hours of waitng for a tire repair service.
Depends on the scale master. Some do some dont if it's off by a bit. I got a 300 dollar ticket for being 200lbs over on my drive tires, but NOT over gross
