Takumi is just a REALLY good driver, he even said himself that the Impreza is a better car once he was behind the wheel of it. I don't get why people are saying that muscle cars can't make a turn. Keisuke's FD is all muscle and he drifts just fine. A corvette or a viper with a good driver could take down an 86 no problem. Even the father of drift has trouble keeping up with the newer cars in his 86.
@anarchyjinflames That may be true, but the point of him using the 86 is because of what it teaches you. It can keep up with a shit load of cars, and kick the crap out of them with just 175hp.

how can u compare a v8,8 pistons,big motor,and the 13b or 20b is 1300cc and 2000cc,and they have been trying over 25yrs to beat that small motor,that says a lot,13b and 20b doing 6sec now.i just dont like to cross breed.and the rotory engine is incredible.and they prove them self.
@robo3060 The rotary is a niche engine that still hasn't had the basic kinks worked out. Piston engines(gasoline and diesel) have had their bugs worked out.
@CaptainSpadaro i dont agree,just like forge pistons,the rotory now have unbreakable apex seals etc.its tunning that matters ok,and they are durable,its an amazing engine.and i drive a 2jz supra,but the rotory is a crazy engine
@robo3060 how fast is your 2jz supra? i got a v8 rx7 1st gen with a 351w sbf and it can do low 11's with drag radials but with street tires best i got was a 12.6 i got a pic of my 1/4 mile slip and a video of my 1/8th mile record

@MrDeathrevenger oh and nice r34 your friend has.... but the thing that sucks about r34's is inline 6's weigh more then a v8 and v8's can get up to 2,500+ crank shaft horsepower which would make a muscle car in the 6.1's with the right driver
@Diminish420 yee, but remember muscle cars cant go round a corner ;) and a r34 GTR is a hell lot better looking then muscle cars, i would take a R34 GTR, over a Dodge Viper, Mustang GT or a Corvette easily.
