if im the investor...i should choose CEBU CITY than manila or somewhere..cebu is very convinient about transportation not so traffic, cheaper product, so many tourist visit everyday,so many resorts, people are very disciplined, and ordered...but the problem is CEBUANOS cannot speak very good tagalog and english..but they have unity towards success..
