Life is jail is what he gets for ruining Let It Be (the entire album). Especially McCartney's The Long and Winding Road which he butchered behind McCartney's back without him even knowing. You all can give a special thanks to Lennon, George, and Ringo for dumb move.
i believe that the night Lana was killed both Phil and her were very drunk. I picture her last moments of her life as absolutely horrific and the gun going off inside her mouth. What was he thinking? If he wanted to control women he didn't have to play with a loaded gun for Gods sakes. I picture this as a tragic accident. A stupid mistake that cost a woman her life. . I don't think it was intentional. Phil S. should be charged with negligent homicide!

No justice for Phil. Celebreties don't need to go to jail for murder. How much did it cost you Phil to buy the jurors off? You'll never live happily anyway as all of society doubts your innocence and you'll fear to be in the public eye. Can't wait for your retrial!
