Its no glitch about the Poison Bomb damage. Poison bomb has a fixed damage setting, the damage it does is always derived from the formula:

Monsters HP divided by (70- Poison bombs level)

so in theory, even if a NW was pure int, it would still be able to do the damage that you do with Poison Bomb

So naturally, the frog has high HP, therefore it will take alot from poison bomb
