  • /watch?v=ADVG1pzZQTQ

  • Take me back 2 the 80's also georgeman2468.

  • Love this song and 80's R&B. I especially like the vibe in this video, she's so pretty, she just lights up when she smiles. None of this affected over sexualization that current female singers portray. She just seems geniunely happy to be singing her song. Man, if only I had a time machine :)

  • @rekcap75 Totally agree -she is just a natural. Should have gone on and on..but where is she now?

  • Not heard this in ages. Cant we all go back to the 80s please.

  • Can anyone tell me where I can purchase music like this from the 80's?

    This was the Jam!

  • Great tune.....

  • I always loved this song! Great to hear it since they don't play it on the radio anymore.

  • It looks too modern for 1985! It sounds too modern for 1985! Is it really 1985?

  • IO MI CHIEDO PERCHE' NON ESISTANO PIU QUESTE CANZONI CHE TI FACEVANO SOGNARE MENTRE LE SACOLTAVI

  • @TheLAKENIA1 Anything else you wanna tell us? lol J/K

  • Tight beat, even nicer video; yes indeed, brings back a lot of memories...but it still sounds incredible and Princess was a little hottie!

  • great song

  • Her fashion sense in this video looks current and this was in 1985! WOW

  • Such a classic!!!! Without her voice my love life would have been alot quieter 8)

  • I love the No 1 earring & red bowler! And yep she is a chic, handsome woman

  • Great song. Shoulda been a bigger hit, if it had a better video.

What a waste! If only the producers realised the importance of a great video accompaniment!!

  • i use to dance to this song at the roller skateing palace, back then this song use to the boom. everyone go wild when this one start to play.

  • Big up the crew that got Princess and DSM mix. =)

  • class tune , great memories dj in in the 80s with my mate mick R.I.P

  • Irony that it only ever reached Number 7.

Good song - remember it clearly because my mum used to sing along to it while cooking my tea. I played it out a few weeks ago to a few blank faces in a club, but when I played it down the pub - people danced to it! Sometimes, people in my local are far cooler than these kids in the clubs.

  • my brother listened to this alllllllllllllllllll the time back in the dayz because he was a goal keeper

  • This song is a bomb!

  • Such wonderful energy from these 80s pop-dance tunes. Will never come again...so love it forever!

  • She was a hottie all right... it was quite unusual back then to see a lady in dreads, and overt sexiness a la Beyonce/Rihanna was unusual too, at the height of the AIDS panic. Easily Ms. Heslop's best song, her career just stalled after this.

  • There are lots of Princesses in this world but this has got to be the number 1 princess on the planet.

  • @0403995489 Youv'e got that right!!

  • I used to LOVE this song!

  • Yep! Remember this.

  • wooooop! London ;)

  • grande e bella cantante.<3

  • Opening's very much like BB and Q Band - Genie. Lovely song, happy memories of living in London when this was out.

  • I love the danceclassics from the 80s ;-)

  • It is really the best of the 80's.....

  • good video, i wished i were in London again.

  • @nickbaldeagle01 lol.spoken with grace.

  • @nickbaldeagle01 ..Hilarious !!

  • @nickbaldeagle01 don't forget the security "Colonel Abrams" ;-)

  • This song is just so 80's, i love it!

  • @MeatCloud..... 80's cheesy music as that when it was released but even now in 2011 it still sounds up to date!!! Is obvious what I meant.

  • THE number 1 tune from the 80s , princess was my pin up.

  • oh yes she's lovely...and beutiful eyes

  • Ahhhh 80's cheesy class at its best, great tune & ageless!

  • @ed3ash How can you mention a specific decade and "agless" in the one statement?

  • In what year did this come out?

  • @mariablue19 1985

  • Princess and this song always excites me and takes me back to the good old days.

  • SAW's finest hour, well 3 and half minutes or so. This sparse arrangement is the anthesis of what they did with almost all their later recordings. You were good once boys, just maybe money came too easy...?

  • i bet she looks back at this video and cringes!!

  • she was like: lets get out off here these people makes me nervous 3:30

  • Pat Sharpe brought me here! LOL XD

  • @zicoaka they wer gud times nd the music was fun

  • @zicoaka your right the 80's where the best yrs in music T.V other thing NYC was HOPING back in those days i now i was their and lived it to bad for the older generation that missed all that good stuff in the 80's but the good side todays generation has technology today and we can always go back to our past and see it.

  • Now this song is going back some years, great chune from Princess

  • Excellent!! Thanks so much for posting this! Used to work up in the city at one time and the surrounding area, and went into a time warp on hearing this song. Amazing and talented woman hope she is doing well today!

  • this is just GORGEEEEOOOUS...

  • She was was and gifted from those eighties, the voice is endless,

  • I was in the navy when this was a huge hit. While I was a rocker back then, I played the 12"a lot LOL. Good memories, thanks for posting!

  • Winner of the most unsubtle video ever - it's done on the cheap and she has no interaction with anybody, which just takes the culture and reality out of it and makes it a product.

Was it supposed ta be Notting Hill Carnival? Or just a shot wid some flags??

Glad I got da 12" vinyl.

Forgot how much this video sucks and patrionises - dis fulla it!

  • Kids playing on BMX's! Not with guns, knives or phones!

  • brings back great memories thanks for the upload

  • Another 80s classic-superb! When this song was out, we had the full royal family - King, Queen, Prince, and Princess!!

  • @lescud1 Oh yes, all good stuff. King's "Love and Pride" and "Alone Without You" were fab, I'm a big fan of the legendary Queen and Prince. But the only one of the royal family in the 80s charts I got hards-on over was this one! I had a massive crush on Princess when I was little!

  • ah, luv this jam~the memories!!!
