    keep up the good work.

  • ok, i never thought so many ppl would like to see it, my IM friend just asked me a tip and I made a quick video for him and instead of emailing... put it here.. :)

I will make some good videotuts soon .

  • ya can u make a better file of this of vid

  • I did not get you, Do you mean, I should make another video explaining this better?

  • im kind of a noob to linix, does the yast installer make it so you dont have to use the terminal, and if it does is it compatable with ubuntu?

  • yes you are right, this graphical installer is to install APPLICATIONS without NEED TO GO in TERMINAL.

but beware, GUI will only install APPS which are listed in REPO, i would recommend you do google on linux repo :)

And UBUNTU has its own GUI installer :D

  • REPO? Repository right? How would I set up repositories in YAST? And also, I have tried to install WINE using yast, however, it doesn't work. The program does not appear in packages. Also, it asked me to incert a CD, but why? I chose "skip this process" and it went on as if it were installing WINE. If you could post a video about this, or maybe send me a message,m or even reply here about this issue, I would be greatful. Thanks.

  • for some reason i type in beryl and i get no results im using suse 10.1

  • can u make a better ne showing were to put the beryl filles or a full tutorial

  • You dont have to download beryl files seperately.

Just find them in the Yast installer like i shown you here and Click ACCEPT to install it, :D

To start beryl. you can type beryl-manager in your terminal at gnome or just search for Beryl-manager in your application panel and it will start
