my dad uses medical marijuana from having a lot of spinal surgeries... and we live in Nevada but he grows his as well and the room is set up the way has vents... all the lights ect things to block lights off from the babies so the babies get light 24/7 ect... your brother needs to learn how to grow... don't forget all the chemicals that go into it and so forth... also need to know contractors so you know the electrical area is safe your brother shouldn't be allowed to grow sir
