Funny, i noticed that you could have private lap dances, but since no info was given, i just though that instead of wasting money, clients would be paying instead and it would directly cash on me.

As it turned out, there is no direct cash (you always have to pick up), and after finishing the mission of in the mall, for protection money, i kind of recalled that its only after you really finish the spot that you get actual money, you can`t just buy the place.

I think that you're able to go in there as soon as you've bought the place. Buying this and other businesses becomes available once you complete the mission "Shakedown".

plus, with all the companies i own, do i get money from the companys i own?

You own each business when you have bought it. To complete this one, however, you have to sit through the private dance show.

A business that you own will start to generate money when you have completed any mission that is associated with the business. The Pole Position Club is the exception, where you have to sit through the dance show for it to start generating money. Of course, when a business has been completed it's up to you to collect the money at the dollar icon.

The Pole Position Club is the place where you drop off Mercedes (Colonel Cortez's daughter) during the first mission in the game, "The Party". It's located close to the hotel where you can save your game.

I got that money from doing street races at Sunshine Autos.

This asset (the Pole Position Club) is available for purchase once you've completed the mission "Shakedown".

You don't have to complete that mission with the mini helicopters; you can still get to the last main storyline mission without completing it.

You get 150 health by completing enough levels of the Pizzaboy mission.

That you have to spend $300 at the dance show to complete this asset is not at all obvious, especially since it's quite different from what is required for any of the other assets.

The first Vercetti (V) mission "Shakedown" starts inside the mansion, outside the room with the big desk and windows overlooking the bay.

The second V mission "Bar Brawl" starts at a bar inside the mansion to the right as you enter the main door.

The third V mission "Cop Land" starts outside the mansion, up the stairs to the left of where the money icon appears, above the garage.

Take a look at those three places and let me know if you see any pink glow to start a mission.

There are many asset missions (I have listed these before as an answer to your question). There is also a series of missions about the gang war between the Cubans and the Haitians (these will be available when you have completed Avery Carrington's mission). Also make sure that you play the Love Fist missions and the Mitch Baker (biker) mission. In addition to those missions, there are also many small side missions that you can complete, including the stadium events.

In the Pizzaboy missions, I don't remember exactly, but you need to finish a number of levels to complete it. Watch my video guide to that mission to find out exactly how many levels you need to complete.
