I have Hyperion Helios 10e. I love it and it's flying characteristics. It flies stable and true but it also flies fast and has huge roll rate with high aileron throws. This is why I don't recommend it as first plane.
My friend has had some +20 long flights with Multiplex easy glider (+simulator hours). He flew my Helios succesfully but said, it was a hair raising experience for him:)
This plane is easy to fly. First flight let someone help you with a handlaunch, this is the most safe way to start. You can use dualrate at 70% and 40% expo. at the first flight, till all trims are at the right position. Most planes are overpowered, first flight try to fly at 75% throttle, you will see its flying easy. Have fun.

Hi, i have the same plane, and i want to do the first flight.
But i dont know how i can do this without a crash.
Is there anything to consider?(Start,landing?)
BTW,I have the Phoenix sim:)
