Yes, there were two left turn lanes with a divider between the lanes through the intersection. The other driver cut sharply into my lane.

i like you vids of stupid drivers, i wish i had a dash cam so i could post my daily encounters with some of the worst drivers on the roads also. sometimes you do have to considder circumstances though such as they may not be familiar with the particular road. but i agree that these drivers are stupid and dont realize how their actions affect others on the road. people might say why do you care if they are a bad driver, well because if they are on the road with me they could potentially harm me.

People truly have no idea how to drive and consider other drivers on the road. Unfortunately too many people, drivers of all ages, race and gender do not understand the fundamentals of driving laws or etiquette. You don't know how many people come to a 4 way stop intersection and think THEY'RE NEXT without ever even coming to a full stop! People merging onto freeways is atrocious. and no people, if 2 lanes next to each other turning in the same direction, you CAN'T switch lanes as you turn!

Well it's irrelevant really, the other driver crossed over the dashed line separating the two left turn lanes. He is the driver who messed up.

I do all the time. Usually I'm honking 1/2 for safety, and if it's really bad, the other 1/2 is for shame. ( I added an airhorn for such occasions)

It truly is sad thing to see. Unfortunitely, with so many people in this world who just don't care, it will only get worse. No amount of laws or restrictions will ever cure the complete retardness that happens on the roads.  What is worse with new technologies being introduced, it only causes drivers to feel they can pay even less attention to what they are doing. Everyone wants stricter gun control, but they put any idiot behind the wheel.

@hankwvu--Exactly! While some of the driving here is not as bad as you would have to put up with in California (or especially NC) on a regular basis, it's equally as nerve racking. With the whole business of people being inconsiderate (basically not caring), it only does get worse. Some people do pay attention but they simply just don't care. Also, the corrupt police contribute to the madness as much as these idiot drivers.
