she is a real maiko her name is Mameteru, and the girl with her is her shikomi-maiko to be, her shikomi san is now a maiko named Manaha trust me shes a real maiko ^^ and those are her 'work' clothes but maiko and geiko have to wear them most of the day if a special occasion is the event of the week or that day
